Winter at the Nürburgring

At any time the weather on the Nordschleife can surprise you. All four seasons can happen on different parts of the circuit at the same time! Winter at the Nurburgring can be very pretty when it’s covered in snow, but also wet and miserable. The track is therefore closed for public “touristenfahrten” days as it can be far too dangerous. There is little or no run-off areas when you slide, and the armco is unforgiving! There are sometimes fun special events at this time of year, so keep an eye open if you happen to be in the area.

But it’s not a holidays and festivities. Here at Jaco’s Paddock Motorsport we’re making all the preparations to the rental cars and the facilities ready for the new season to start on 7th March 2020.
